PropCashflow.my is a free property information portal for Malaysia. It provides free tools (calculators), guides and articles, and a free downloadable sample of cashflow-positive rental property data analysed with shariah-compliant (Islamic) financing. There is no paid product and no payment is required to use the Service.
2. Free Sample and Newsletter
You may request a free property sample and subscribe to our newsletter by providing your email address. We use that email only to deliver the requested sample and, if you opt in, to send property investment insights. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. The Service and its content are provided for your personal, non-commercial research use. You may not:
